Avid 6.5.3 Install Issues

Hi,

Before upgrading, I uninstalled the Avid Media Composer and all of its associated programs  - including Avid License Control.  

I installed Avid 6.5.3 without issue, but when I go to activate my license through Avid License Control, nothing happens.  It seems that it did not get installed.  

Do I need to download the program separately or was there an error when I installed Avid 6.5.3.
