License Issues and background transcoding

I two issues. first I am getting two errors. I captured the screen below. I believe that it is a licensing error. Here is what happens. I am get two screens that pop up and then MC7 shuts down. It worked fine when I first downloaded it, but now it is not. In the past, there was an icon on the top right menu bar that was there and now it is no longer there. I have tried to get it back but cannot find it. Here is the weird thing. I also have pro tools. The second error is that the transcoding is not working. I have done a clean re-install of Ilok and reset the permissions to read and write.  If I first start Pro Tools and then MC 7 I get no errors.
