Recently upgraded to MC7, having some AMA issues from projects previously created. All AMA footage is from a Canon xf300 and xf100. On AMA footage that was merged into 1 clip and renamed (using the canon utility), the AMA media is now offline. Clips that were not merged are still online.
I also noticed in my bins, on clips that are offline, the object icons to left of the file names are now "master clip" icons, not the AMA icon. How do I relink these back to AMA clips? They were never transcoded, and the files are still on the drive....I did some editing with these AMA files, so it would be nice to get them back online.
I did load in the canon mxf plug-in...so all "should" be well in my system. Seems to be working fine and I can re-load these same AMA files with no problem...it's just a matter of re-linking them to my timelines.
