I was given a digital rip from a DVD copy of a master (by the license holder so it is legal) of a documentary. It is 704x298, 23.98
I need to deliver a Qt in prores HQ in 720x486 and I'm not sure how to go about this, whether I should transcode in something like Streamclip, or bring it into Avid. I can't think of a format that would take it natively so that I could open it from an SD 16:9 project. This is an off format I haven't dealt with and will not be able to get a better source for quite a while. This is for an offline cut that I will overcut later for online once the editor is done.
