24fps from 30p

One of my commercial clients is going to be running his TV spot in the local movie theatres before the movie.  The spot I produced for him was shot for broadcast television in1080/29.97.   The company that places these spots in theaters asks that I deliver the spot as 24fps using Animation (lossless) H.264 codec.

I created a new 1080p/24 project and dragged a copy of the sequence into this new project, but when I play the sequence in the timelime it has a slight jerkiness.   Will this smooth out when it is delivered as an animation codec and processed by the company doing the insertion into the theaters?   Or do I need to do something else in MC before delivering the spot?

Also, they ask for 24-32 bit RGB color.   I'm don't know what that is?   The spot was shot on XDCAM EX, as it was originally intended for broadcast only.

If there is anyone who has converted TV spots for theaters, any advice would be greatly appreciated, as this is out of my area of expertise.    Thanks.
