We purchased an ex demo Euphonix Avid Controller from our Avid reseller.Its installed in our TV Control room with an Avid Nitris system we are using to capture program.When we installed it we immediately upgraded the firmware and all seemed to be well until we tried to use the mouse and keyboard which were frozen.Checked the Controller setting was set correctly but the only way we could regain control of the mouse and keyboard was to uninstall the Eucon software off the Avid Nitris PC.A reinstall of Eucon now allowed mouse keyboard and Euphonix controller to all play nicely,however when we shut down the Avid Nitris and restart the PC,the freezing problem is there again.
Tried to contact Avid support about this over a week ago explained the situation re ex demo unit (Avid support comes up with 'unit registered elsewhere' message)but not received any response.
This seems like a conflict with the driver ,but unsure what to try next.
Avid Nitris is running on a clean install of MC6.5.2 with no other programs.Win 7 64bit.
Avid support contract is current.
