I have footage where the subject is wearing a very tightly stripped shirt...the stripes are so fine the shirt looks solid blue to the eye. Everything looked okay in playback on the set and it looks great in the Avid's source/record monitors--there is no strobing. But when played back on an HDTV during editing (connected to the Matrox MXO2) the shirt has a flashing strobe effect.
Any tricks for eliminating/minimizing this?
