Hi, This is my first post here. Hope someone can help.
I recently installed MOTU MachFive v 3.2 on a Windows 7 machine, to use as a plugin with ProTools 10. I did all the iLok stuff, updated everything. Restarted the computer, opened ProTools and MachFive does NOT SHOW UP IN INSTRUMENT LIST.I know it is installed because the standalone does open on the desktop.
I have a ton of plugins, they all work fine, never had this problem. Anyone else know of this issue? I've already tried tech support at MOTU, no help at all there, they keep talking about "Protools has to scan for the software". What does that mean? It finds all the other plugins, but can't seem to "see" MachFive.
