Hi,
I downloaded Symphony 6.5.4 from my Avid Account to update my current version, 6.5.2. During installation, I was advised to deactivate my older version from the Avid License Control panel, before the installer un-install the old version, and I did that successfully. The installation of the new version went smoothly with no problem. After restarting the computer as advised, when I run the new installed version of Symphony, Avid Symphony Activation window opens, and I select Electronic Activation. Then when from Avid License Control panel, when I try to re-activate Symphony, it always fail and I get error saying: Failed to process your request. Please contact an Avid Customer representative.
What is going on, and how to fix this problem??
