Hi everyone,
I´m taking in charge of the administration of a Unity Media Network in a school. Recently we are experiencing problems with connection between clients and MN.
We have 15 ethernet attached client PortserverPro but oftenly we loose conection to certain workspaces in unity. If I go to the Monitor tool, it says "The dongle allows 0 workstations". I have gone into the profile and it says we have up to 20 licenses. Moreover, even if the workstations are connected to MN, you cannot see them into the monitor tool.
¿Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening?
