Re-connecting media with a Project

I'm sure this has been addressed before but here is a simple question.

While upgrading the Op system and MC version and cleaning up stuff I deleted a Project.

I had saved it to a drive so I brought it back into my AvidExternalProjects folder and it shows up.

I then deleted the 2 media management files FMID and MMOB from the media drive, when I open the project the media is still offline. Is there another step I'm missing?
