Editor Transcode app stops by itself

I have just installed Maverick 10.9.1 and MC 7.0.3. MC seems to be working OK, but when I try to run the EditorTranscode.app it works for about 30 sec and then it stops by itself.

If I have the firewall activated I receive a message asking if I want "EditorTranscode.app to accept incoming networkconnections" just before it stops Independently if I say Yes or No the EditorTranscode.app stops.

If I deactivate the firewall I don´t receive the message but the EditorTranscode.app still stops.

I can start it again but after about 30 sec it stops again...

Can anybody help me?
