More and more productions shoot with higher frame rates to have all options in the edit to playback in realtime or slowmotion.
It's possible to create subclips from motion effect clips with synced audio.
But once the motion effect is a subclip, it changes it's behaviour, no motion effect icon anymore, EDL / consolidate / dupe detection doesn't work right because the the information about the speed change is lost.
This needs to be fixed.
