Hi there,
I usually work with speakers, connected via an Onyx Blackjack USB audio interface. They work well, but sometimes there's extraneous noise around (mostly my hard drives, but other things as well), so I got a pair of Sony MDR-1RBT bluetooth headphones. When I don't have Avid running, I can now choose how to get audio—my speakers (connected via the USB audio interface) are the default, and then when I 'Connect' the bluetooth headphones, they work perfectly (and no sound comes out of the speakers).
But when MC is running and I choose to 'Connect' the headphones in the Bluetooth menu, I get an Avid warning window saying:
CoreAudioManager;;GetNumOutputBusses()iRep->iCurrentOutputDevice is set to NULL.
Does anyone know what that means? Is there a way to fix it, or should I just forgo the bluetooth part, and plug the headphones into the headphone jack of the audio interface (and live with a cable. I know I'm sitting at a desk, but I still liked the idea of avoiding a cable if I could).
Regards, Malcolm
