DVCPRO HD tape and slow motion

I'm going to be receiving a DVCPRO HD tape, shot at 60p. I'm told that I can turn any of the footage on that tape into slow motion footage in my AVID project. 

Can anyone point me to a description of how to do that in a 720p/59.94 project? 

I have an idea on how that would work in a 23.98 project but not so sure about how it would work in a 59.94 project - which is the type of project I am working in.
