- Hello from Frustration Nation I'm as new as a bee gets. ^ ^ 1st post! Hi again, I'm trying to import some footage for a micro documentary but it's just. not. happening. Can somebody please help me? I have googled this and searched and while a lot of people struggle with it, I never seem to get all the terminology and apparently there are details about the file that I should know but I am so new to movie making all I really know is that it was captured and saved with FCP and it's a Quicktime file. It plays on Quicktime on my PC just fine. There are no strange symbols in the file name or folder. So I'm *pouting* but I must figure this out.
