MC 7.0.3 trouble with OSX 10.9.1 Mavericks

Hi I have got a big problem with my MediaComposer 7.0.3 installed on a clean installed Mavericks 10.9.1 .

The installing of MC went without problems but when the application runs I get some mystical infos in the activity-monitor of OSX .
That the AvidbinIndexer, the Quiktime_OPServer and the AvidSearch is not responding is prompted.
I can still use the MediaComposer normaly, but when i use the option Render  In/out or expert render in/out the MediaComposer will be freeze.

The following solutions are without success:
- to creat new user settings or
- delete the Metadatabase or
- RepiarSequenze in the Console.

The problem is reproducible.
