I've been trying to download MC 7 on my secondary system (macbook pro) and was successful with it. However, when I went to activate it my activation code failed and the message came up: Failed to process your request. Please contact an Avid Customer Representative.
Does anyone know what would cause this and how to fix it? I've emailed Marianna and the company I purchased it from, but wondering someone else has a workout I can do?
