Exception: Error . . .

After uninstalling MC 7.0.2 on Mac Pro (Mountain Lion) and installing MC 7.0.3 we encountered this error––

Exception: DISK_ACCESS_Denied, filename:Site_Attributes

So we uninstalled 7.0.3 and re-installed 7.0.2 - same error comes up with what appear to be licensing issues -

Can anyone tell us what to do?  I would much appreciate it.
