Which DNxHD Version is for me?

If I'm recording in XDCAM 35Mbit or 50Mbit which DNxHD version should I import my media as? It looks like 100 would be more than adiquit? I'm looking at the avid white paper. 

Also I noticed on the Avid YouTube Page the guy says in one of the tutorials about consolidating how "Selecting Import is based on an old system and there's better ways to import" however he doesn't really seem to specify how. Also how do you fast import XDCAM Footage then? 

So in short the question is what is the best way to get XDCAM footage into Avid with a DNXHD Format.
