Hi,
I am creating placeholders for masterclips using the CreateMasterClip() Interplay Ws call for a series of clips. Then I am importing these clips via AMT.
When I am dragging these placeholders into MediaComposer, it shows DV25 as video resolution. Only after the END of the AMT transfer the video resolution is update (to XDCAM HD in my case). Consequently the masterclip is shown as offline in MediaComposer until the end of the AMT transfer.
If I omit the CreateMasterClip() call, the AMT transfer creates the masterclip and this one has the proper video resolution right away (already after the START of the transfer) and the clip shows up as growing in MediaComposer and also can be opened in MediaComposer during the import.
Does anyone know a way how to set the video resolution in the CreateMasterClip() call? Or alternativly how to make AMT update Interplay at the START of the transfer with the correct video resolution and not only at the END?
(My usecase ist to create a ShotList with the MOB-IDs returned by CreateMasterClip() at the START of the transfer so that the transferred files will "fill up" the sequence...which works fine besides the fact that every file only can be played back at the END of its transfer).
