How do I import new consolidated files into a new project?

I'm on MC 5.5.2 and trying to bring in consolidated files from an old project.

I have a an old project that has three files on it that I need to consolidate and transfer to a new Avid Media Files folder. How do I import the new consolidated files into a new project?
